These Terms and Conditions apply to any purchase made from PADEL LAB with company registration number 000000, (hereafter referred to as “PADEL LAB” or “we” or “us”).

By using our website, www.padellab.ae, or purchasing from our online store, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions, which apply to all site users, including browsers, customers, vendors, merchants, and content contributors. We, therefore, ask you to read our terms and conditions carefully before using our website or making a purchase.

Exclusive Distributor Agreement

PADEL LAB holds an exclusivity agreement with STIGA PADEL. We are the only company authorised to sell and distribute STIGA PADEL sports equipment, accessories and apparel in the United Arab Emirates. Anyone purchasing STIGA PADEL products from PADEL LAB does so expressly for personal use. The commercial resale of items purchased from PADEL LAB is strictly prohibited under our exclusive distribution agreement and may result in legal action.

All materials on the PADEL LAB website, including photographs, graphical images, and product descriptions owned by us or STIGA PADEL are subject to copyright and intellectual property rights. The downloading and use of these materials are strictly prohibited, and they must not be reproduced or stored on any other website without our prior written permission.

Orders

When you place an order with us, you will receive an email from PADEL LAB confirming receipt, but this does not mean that we have accepted your order. All orders are subject to availability. Once availability is confirmed, we will send you a second email confirming that we have dispatched your order. At this time, we conclude our purchase agreement.

We will only refuse your order for the following reasons: the goods are not available, we do not receive authorisation of your payment, you do not meet our eligibility criteria, a pricing error, a product description error or Force Majeure events outside our reasonable control. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you immediately and refund any payments using the original payment method.

Pricing

All prices on our website are in Emirati Dirhams (AED) and include VAT but exclude shipping fees. We review our prices periodically; they are subject to change without notice.

Payment Methods

We currently accept Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards.

Ownership

All products listed on our website remain the property of PADEL LAB until we receive full payment.

Delivery

PADEL LAB currently offers delivery in the United Arab Emirates only.

We will deliver your order by courier. You will receive an email with your tracking number once despatched. Courier deliveries require a signature, so please ensure there is someone available to sign for your package on the day of delivery. Please see our Shipping & Returns Page for further information.

Cancellation & Returns

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by emailing info@padellab.ae. If we have already dispatched your order, you will have to return it to us following our returns policy below.

You can return your order to us for any reason (subject to our returns policy) any time within 7-days of receipt for a full refund. All goods must be returned ‘as new’ and in their original packaging and with all original tags intact.

We will provide you with a returns label, but the cost of returning your order is payable by you. We recommend you use a tracked courier service to return your order and retain proof of postage. PADEL LAB assumes no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Upon receiving your return, we will refund the amount paid, excluding the original shipping costs, within 7-working days.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, headwear, drinks bottles, or any item with a broken seal are non-returnable. For further information, please view our Shipping & Returns Policy.

All material provided on this site is for general information only. We have made every effort to ensure that the images and descriptions on our website reflect the products accurately. But appearances and colours can vary on different computer screens, and we cannot guarantee that any colour will show accurately on your computer monitor.
