Order Confirmation

All PADEL LAB orders are subject to stock availability.

If your item is in stock, we will send you an email confirmation with an order tracking number. You can follow the status of your order online using the tracking number. Please note that we use DHL courier delivery services, and you must be available to sign for your package.

If your item is not in stock, we will notify you via email and refund your order using the original payment method.

Dubai Shipping Policy

Place your order before 16:00 today (Monday to Saturday), and our super-speedy in-house scientists will ship it out to you with same-day delivery. Orders received after 16:00 will be sent the next working day.

UAE Shipping Policy

We ship all orders in the UAE within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs and delivery dates are calculated and displayed a checkout.

Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your PADEL LAB purchase. If for any reason, you are not, you may return items purchased to us within 7-days of receipt for a full refund. Before returning items to us, please email us at info@padellab.ae to advise us of your return.

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and as new
  • Returned in original packaging with all original tags and labels intact
  • Supplied with proof of purchase
  • Shipped to us within 7-days of receipt

We will provide you with a returns label, but all shipping charges are your responsibility. Please use a tracked service and retain your proof of shipping until we confirm receipt of your returned goods.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will send you an email confirming whether it qualifies for a refund or not. If it meets our returns criteria, we will refund the amount paid (excluding original shipping fees) using the original payment method within 7-working days.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, underwear, headwear, drinks bottles, or any item where the original seal has been broken are non-returnable.

Damaged & Faulty Items

If you believe your purchase to be damaged or faulty, contact us immediately at info@padellab.ae for further information on returning your items to us.
